Damilola: The Untold Story – The Sun Review

"The murder of 10-year-old Damilola Taylor (left) is a tragic story many think they know. But this one-off film gets to the heart of who Damilola was, the Peckham estate in south-east London he lived on, and his last 24 hours before he was fatally stabbed just metres from his home. After a vibrant portrait of Peckham is painted, we hear testimonies of those closely connected to the case, from police officers to Damilola's family and friends. These include actor John Boyega, who was one of the last people to see Damilola alive as he and his sister Grace - who was a friend of Damilola's - walked him most of the way home from the library. A sobering watch that also celebrates Damilola's lasting legacy."

Twenty-six years after the shocking murder of his 10-year-old brother, Damilola, Tunde Taylor says that he still feels responsible and lives with the regret that he was not there to help him.
