Series / Senior Producers
We are particularly keen to meet individuals who have proven experience running large production teams. In addition, we would love to hear from Series and Senior Producers who are interested in developing existing formats and creating new ones.
Producers and Directors
We are always keen to hear from producers and directors who have proven experience in factual programming. In particular, we are seeking individuals with good story telling skills and are experienced in making their own films on Digibeta or DV. Proven Z1 and DSR500 skills are of particular interest to us.
Assistant Producers
APs who can shoot well on DV or who have experience of sound recording are of particular interest to Optomen. In addition, we are often looking for individuals with excellent people skills who are able to find the best contributors and to look after talent.
